Who we are
Your trusted partner in home renovations
PEARLS AND DROPS LTD is a Birmingham-based renovation company. Our team is comprised of expert tradesmen in a variety of different fields, working together on your home renovation: plastering, tiling, carpentry and decorating.
We work the way we would want someone to work in our own home. We would rather tell you a job needs more time than rush it, and we would rather price it honestly than win the work and find the money later.
We are also committed to transparency and communication. We will work alongside you and keep you informed every step of the project, from the initial free consultation that we provide, all the way to the final walkthrough.

Agreed dates, kept. If something changes you hear it from us first, not on the day.
- We protect the house
Dust sheets down, furniture covered, floors protected, site tidied every evening.
- We finish the job
No disappearing at 90%. We walk the work with you and put right anything that is not right.
- One team, four trades
Plasterer, tiler, carpenter and decorator in the same team, so the stages join up.
